| Strategies: Consistent preaching and teaching on worship, recruiting 25 new choir members, development of orchestra, bringing in concert and worship artists, new worship choruses, diverse worship styles, modeling of worship by the worship team. |

| R | Goal: To activate 50 intercessors that will meet weekly to pray & intercede for the spiritual welfare of God’s people, and for the manifested presence of God’s in each service and ministry. |

| Strategies: Develop weekly meeting for intercession, provide teaching, training, and seminars on prayer, model prayer, develop a monthly service of prayer, raise up a prayer coordinator, revitalize the prayer chain, develop a day of prayer and fasting each week, encourage lighthouses of prayer throughout our community, enlist prayer partners for the prayer hotline, and develop a monthly corporate prayer meeting on Sunday evenings. |

| I | Goal: Our goal is to equip and involve 150 members and attendees in the ministries of our church through discovering their spiritual gifts and passions for ministry. |

| Strategies: Annual ministry fair to recruit workers, weekly ministry spotlight, continually establish new ministries as God opens doors, provide short term ministry projects, better inform people of ministry opportunities by providing a menu of ministries through brochures and videos, and utilize the We Build People program on Sunday mornings to equip people for ministry. |

| N | Goal: Involve 75% of our attendees in small group settings. |

| Strategies: Aggressively enroll people into the C.E. program on Sunday mornings and throughout the week, involve teachers and leaders in the enrolling process, identify areas of need and provide relevant small groups to meet those needs, provide seminars and small groups to help meet the felt needs of the community, expose the importance of discipleship by teaching and preaching to enlighten and encourage believers on the importance of discipleship and building relationships, to be involved in building relationships within the church, and to make all of our discipleship and training applicable to our daily lives. |

| G | Goal: To involve 100% of our people in world missions and community outreach. |

| Strategies: Encourage every member to make a Faith Promise to missions, provide opportunities for home and foreign missions trips, pray for missionaries’ families and success on the field, send people of our church as God calls them into the mission field, annually increase our annual giving to missions through faith promises, BGMC, Speed the Light, Light for the Lost, Lifeline. Develop new and innovative ways to evangelize our city through drama, music, preaching, and involvement in community activities and events. | ||
